Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

How long is the deadline for payment?
Only within 3 days upon ordering. An email will be sent containing the payment details.

Do you ship internationally?
No, I can only accommodate nationwide shipment in PH. Group orders overseas may be considered if ever. Please DM @julianartsuu in Twitter/Instagram or email julianartsuu@gmail.com for further inquiries.

What courier do you use for delivery?
J&T Express (nationwide).

I want to add items but I've already checked out a previous order, do I checkout again?
Yes! Multiple orders in the same account are allowed so feel free to checkout again if you'd like to order more items.

Why is my order not processing?
If you run into a technical problem while using the site, please DM @julianartsuu in Twitter or Instagram to order from me directly.

Will there be restocks of sold out items?
Depends on demand! I'm open to suggestions through comments or DMs in Twitter and Instagram, but restock will not be guranteed. Stay tuned for updates in Twitter and Instagram.

When will my order be shipped out?
1-3 weeks since shop opening. All items are for pre-order so stocks will vary. Stocks may be replenished depending on the availability hence a tentative time is given for production. Your order's status will be reflected in the shop when it's been shipped out.

How does the group pick-up work?
The group pick-up is only within Malolos Bulacan area. There will be a schedule and public location only within Malolos City set by the artist to meet with multiple customers for efficient order pick-ups. I'll be contacting the customers regarding the meet-up to coordinate the schedule. Payment must still made upon ordering to reserve the items for pick-ups; This goes for both event pick-ups and group pick-ups. Both options for pick-ups also do not require shipping fee.

Are the star patterns on some of the merch part of the design?
No it isn't part of the design. The patterns only serve as a watermark to protect the artworks from plagiarism.
